Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain category strategies and plans to optimize cost, quality, risk, resilience, and supplier performance.
  • •Lead complex sourcing, negotiation, and contracting across strategic categories, driving measurable commercial value.
  • •Build governance and performance review routines with key stakeholders and track value with Finance partners.
  • •Develop supplier strategies and manage strategic supplier relationships, monitoring market trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Leverage spend data and market intelligence to produce actionable recommendations and help improve procurement processes and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant procurement and category management experience delivering value across direct and/or indirect spend categories.
  • •Experience managing complex, multi-category portfolios within large international organizations.
  • •Proven success leading strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiation activities.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and challenge senior decision-makers where Procurement engagement is limited.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline; CIPS/CPSM desirable.
