E&C Project Manager III/Sr - Facilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of moderate-to-large E&C capital projects for oil and gas facilities, from FEL through startup and closeout. Own scope, cost, schedule, and safety while coordinating cross-functional partners and contractors. Define project execution plans, manage budget and schedule control, oversee contractor bidding and evaluations, and produce forecasts, reports, and RFP-related decisions. Apply economic impact analysis and engineering principles to improve reliability and profitability across the asset lifecycle.
