Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver daily operational management for the passenger transportation division, including region-wise operational KPIs and service quality.
  • •Manage overall cost control and operational scorecard requirements for assigned areas/zones.
  • •Account for operational P&L: monitor annual spending vs. budget and report variances; deliver CPH within budget.
  • •Execute vehicle scheduling and route planning for employee transport, optimizing drivers’ daily schedules for efficiency.
  • •Lead transport compliance: implement fleet/operational policies and procedures, manage risk register, and train/appraise/motivate team and supervisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics required (bachelor’s preferred).
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in a transport-related vocation.
  • •Experience managing large fleet transport operations; passenger transport is an advantage.
  • •Strong knowledge of fleet and transport operational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • •Ability to assess driver/staff performance and support training, appraisal, and motivation.
