Job Summary

Oversee a construction program, ensuring delivery across time, cost, and quality targets. Lead stakeholder management and day-to-day interfaces, manage funding readiness, and define contract and procurement strategies. Own schedule, design requirements, and information/data management, while monitoring risks, opportunities, and change controls. Support operational readiness/transition, deliver efficient closeout with lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement within the program.

Key Responsibilities

•Influence the use of defined processes and procedures by execution teams across all phases of the program.
•Gather and document design requirements, and validate corporate standardization for design to achieve efficiency and best value.
•Manage stakeholders and maintain day-to-day interfaces to ensure projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
•Develop and oversee master scheduling, and monitor progress and project schedules.
•Monitor risks, opportunities, change controls, operational readiness/transition, and project closeout (including outturn cost/schedule analysis and lessons learned).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a field related to construction.
•Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
•Thorough knowledge of program management methods and best practices.
•Thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule, and scope management.
•Ability to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements, including construction drawings and specifications; understand and follow site HSSE policies.
