Key Responsibilities

  • •Review financial statements and projection and cash flow models, along with other relevant data, to build an analytical foundation for credit decisions.
  • •Gather and analyze financial and business information to assess creditworthiness, including business models, industry, cash flow, capitalization, sensitivities, and risks/mitigants.
  • •Conduct ongoing portfolio maintenance including covenant compliance monitoring, spreading financials, risk ratings, and quarterly risk reviews.
  • •Assist in the analysis and preparation for new deals.
  • •Manage periodic fundings and prepare tear sheets for risk reviews, and participate in due diligence meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or experience in a similar role within Huntington Bank or another financial institution.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in commercial credit analysis/portfolio management.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Experience with financial modeling and formal credit training are a plus.
