IT Solutions Management (B4)

Manage and support IT solutions for GIS customers by overseeing application/system availability and performance, monitoring anomalies, and handling incidents through root cause analysis. Execute and document software application configuration or coding, including testing and data conversions, while ensuring quality assurance. Evaluate patches, upgrades, and new systems, and provide/oversee service support aligned to service management processes and SLAs. Plan and manage projects and mentor team members.
