Own agile delivery across a growing engineering org by keeping JIRA as the source of truth, making flow metrics visible, and coaching teams to improve ceremonies and SDLC practices. Drive weekly deployment runbooks and release reporting, leveraging AI tooling to automate reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Own JIRA as the engineering source of truth, including workflows, statuses, hygiene standards, and delivery dashboards.
•Track flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP, flow efficiency, predictability) and run regular trend reviews.
•Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to surface cross-team dependencies/blockers and ensure resolutions are tracked.
•Audit and improve SDLC and agile ceremonies (standups, retros, sprint planning, refinement) by coaching engineering managers and scrum leads.
•Own the release and deployment processes for a 21CFR-regulated environment, including change control documentation and weekly web release runbooks/go-no-go criteria.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000

Key Requirements

•4+ years of agile delivery, program management, or release management across multiple software engineering teams.
•Demonstrated experience administering JIRA (workflows, configuration, JQL, dashboards, and reporting).
•Strong fluency in flow-based metrics and experience improving cycle time or predictability.
•Experience defining and managing release processes in regulated software environments (21CFR, SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar).
•Experience using AI tooling (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) to automate work and analyze data with JIRA or similar tools.
