Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure implementation of CM EHS Management Plan and EHASP for construction activities.
  • •Supervise and actively manage onsite CM EHS staff and coordinate with the client operations team on SH&E management.
  • •Support the CM with job hazard analyses and conduct training for CM staff including orientations and emergency action plan training.
  • •Review contractor EHS submittals and track compliance with EHASP and JHA, including daily/weekly meetings and contractor performance.
  • •Oversee EHS reporting (daily/monthly/status/metrics, annual reports), emergency action plans and drills, and incident reports/corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •US Valid Drivers License.
  • •Experience working in the construction industry (5 years preferred).
  • •Experience managing personnel (2+ years preferred).
  • •Preferred: CSP or CIH certification, and a bachelor’s degree in Safety or Engineering.
