Serve as the dedicated Finance Business Partner to Crusoe’s Digital Infrastructure Group, partnering with DIG leadership to drive capital discipline and bankable decisions. Lead financial advisory for site selection, capacity planning, and market expansion; own investment-grade returns analysis and deal modeling for real estate, power agreements, and joint ventures. Build and maintain long-range financial models, run monthly/quarterly reviews, and ensure internal controls and audit readiness across DIG-related financial activity.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide financial advisory to DIG leadership on site selection, capacity planning, and market expansion decisions.
•Lead deal structuring and diligence with financial modeling to support real estate transactions, power agreements, and joint ventures.
•Build and maintain the long-range financial model for digital infrastructure buildout and translate the development pipeline into a prioritized capital plan.
•Own investment analysis for new site acquisitions, build-to-suit developments, and JV structures in collaboration with corporate development.
•Lead performance management reporting (budget/forecast variance and exec/board/investor narratives) and maintain process/control integrity with internal controls and audits.

•Proven track record supporting deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiation for real estate transactions, power agreements, or joint ventures.
•Experience building investment frameworks and business cases for geographic expansion or large-scale capital programs.
•Ability to mentor, grow, and develop a high-performing team over time.
