Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide financial business partnering support and deliver accurate, timely financial information aligned with GFS service level agreements.
  • •Contribute to month-end close, including financial reporting in HFM for P&L, Balance Sheet, and working capital metrics.
  • •Prepare and support variance analysis for financial statements covering P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • •Perform and review balance sheet and control account reconciliations, including monthly bank reconciliations, AP/AR reviews, journal entries, and resolution of reconciling items.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through process automation, standardization, KPI reporting, documentation quality, and collaboration with regional teams and auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •A university degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Proficiency in English.
  • •At least two years of experience working in a large multinational organization.
  • •High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • •Experience working in a matrix organization.
