Senior Fund Accountant

Helps manage fund accounting and administration for venture capital clients, partnering with founders, investors, and LPs to deliver capital calls, audit/tax support, and close processes while producing timely financials. Works with product/engineering to evolve Carta’s Venture Capital software and translates service capabilities into scalable software features, enabling real-time reporting (IRR, TVPI/RVPI) for stakeholders.
