Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide paralegal support to attorneys handling litigation and arbitration matters.
  • •Assist with file maintenance, case management plans, docket calendaring, invoice and check processing, and routine communications.
  • •Prepare case budgets and support Legal Department budgeting, monitoring, and forecast analysis.
  • •Assist with running eDiscovery processes, including Legal Hold Order (LHO) compliance and records management.
  • •Help prepare presentations to management including exposure reviews, budgets, and accruals.

Key Requirements
