Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with quarterly risk profile completion, including information collection, drafting content, facilitating reviews, and obtaining senior executive approval.
  • •Guide development and implementation of risk and control self-assessments and related risk profiles, including risk/control/test design and risk metrics.
  • •Lead or support enterprise risk mitigation, business continuity, and incident response/security-related activities.
  • •Assess testing and control effectiveness, residual risk, and risk metrics; identify control gaps and recommend remediation.
  • •Validate and monitor findings, remediation plans, and exception requests; escalate risks and issues outside risk appetite as applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
  • •5+ years of relevant experience (required).
  • •Extensive experience assessing and controlling an organization’s risk exposure and applying risk management knowledge across situations.
  • •Extensive experience with internal controls and risk and control self-assessments (RCSA), including evaluating adequacy of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • •Working knowledge of the audit and compliance (A&C) function and the regulatory environment (federal, state, and local).
