General Manager Regional LOB BMS

Own the regional P&L and drive GTM operational excellence for Building Management Systems, including regional growth strategy, product portfolio execution, and new product introductions. Lead and develop a high-performing team supporting offering management and pre-sales technical support, while coordinating country sales, pricing/value engineering, marketing allocation, and external market monitoring. Represent Honeywell externally across industry associations and exhibitions, ensuring compliance and alignment with regional leadership and global product teams.
