Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate concept design teams and guide refinement of complex design options into schematic and draft final designs with required drawings and reports.
  • •Coordinate across disciplines (e.g., structural, mechanical, water & environment) to align design requirements across all design stages.
  • •Work with stakeholders on design value engineering and support tender documentation, including specifications, Bills of Quantities, and Conditions of Contract.
  • •Collaborate with project managers to review/validate design deliverables, capture feedback from clients and authorities, and obtain approvals.
  • •Support design supervision by responding to RFIs and resolving design conflicts in coordination with local design support teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
  • •10+ years of industry experience in architectural design.
  • •Strong track record developing architectural designs for large, complex projects.
  • •In-depth knowledge of architectural design and understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
