Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers.
  • •Define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges and/or chambers with relevant test equipment.
  • •Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers and collaborate with service suppliers.
  • •Work with government personnel and programs to define and refine requirements for range and chamber compliance validation.
  • •Lead teams and provide technical oversight, delegation, guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training across the business within expertise areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience testing antennas or radomes in a chamber or test range, and/or operating antenna/radome/RCS chambers and ranges.
  • •Experience with antenna and sensor measurement theory and range operation.
  • •Ability to obtain an interim U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date, with ability to obtain special program access after start.
  • •Typically requires experience simulating/estimating propagation, reflections, and scattering effects on an antenna under test (AUT) in an anechoic chamber.
