Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and improve local network, server, and cloud infrastructure, including scheduled maintenance.
  • •Administer Microsoft 365 day to day across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (identities, licensing, mailboxes, permissions, MFA).
  • •Build, deploy, and support Windows desktops/laptops and support industrial IT/OT applications and integrations.
  • •Own vendor and third-party management, holding suppliers to SLAs, response times, service quality, and value for money.
  • •Plan and deliver site technology projects (rollouts, upgrades, migrations, refreshes) while owning the ticket queue end to end to meet SLAs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 156,700 - 172,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in hands-on IT support, systems administration, or generalist IT work, including lead capacity.
  • •Proven experience as the sole or lead IT resource on a site, working autonomously.
  • •Strong Windows Server and Windows desktop administration in a production environment.
  • •Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
  • •Experience managing vendors/MSPs/service providers to agreed SLAs and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
