•Develop the Premier Elite customer base and establish long-term relationships with an assigned Premier Elite clientele portfolio.
•Manage clients’ total wealth by matching financial and investment product solutions to their needs.
•Promote Premier Elite Service to potential customers, explore their needs, and refer to other business units when appropriate.
•Support branch improvement initiatives by providing customer feedback and ensuring compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance.
•Build trusting relationships with existing and potential Premier Elite clients to exceed client expectations.

Key Requirements

•University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline.
•At least 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager.
•Experience in client-facing environments with strong relationship-building capability.
•Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Fluency in Mandarin and English.
