  • •Evolve the consumer monetization strategy across Marketplace, Subscription, and future integrated product offerings.
  • •Lead commercial planning, prioritization, and operating cadence across pricing, promotions, lifecycle marketing, packaging, and retention initiatives.
  • •Establish business performance reviews, forecasting processes, and commercial diagnostics to inform executive decision-making.
  • •Partner across Consumer Growth, Product, Marketing, Pricing, Analytics, Finance, and Engineering to identify and prioritize the highest-impact revenue opportunities.
  • •Evaluate tradeoffs across conversion, ARPU, customer lifetime value, retention, profitability, and long-term growth, fostering a culture of data-driven improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Marketing (or related); MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • •8–10+ years of experience in strategy, monetization, consulting, pricing, growth, e-commerce, SaaS, or consumer technology.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align multiple organizations around complex decisions.
