Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect vehicles for condition, wear, tear, neglect, missing parts, mechanical/structural damage, and previous repairs.
  • •Complete required inspections accurately and promptly, including imaging and uploading vehicle condition results.
  • •Capture data on a mobile device and submit completed condition reports using the required technology.
  • •Communicate professionally with dealers and consumers, resolve customer inquiries, and advise management of complaints/incidents.
  • •Use tools such as a paint meter and OBD scanner; maintain equipment/tools and complete road tests when required.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 18 years of age and able to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
  • •Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • •Mechanical aptitude and ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •1 year automotive experience (repair shop, educational, or hobby) plus ability to identify basic mechanical issues.
  • •Ability to capture/enter data on a hand-held device and identify previous repair after appropriate training.
