Job Summary

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as a Sales Associate, using HEYDUDE’s V.I.B.E.S service model while helping create a positive team culture. Assist across store departments—POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations—to drive a seamless shopping experience. Partner with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance objectives, stay current on product collaborations, and follow asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
•Champion a positive team culture through sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs values.
•Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and share that knowledge with consumers; adhere to asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information on computer/register screens and input information into a computer.
