Key Responsibilities

  • •Field-based - visit construction sites across industries to monitor adherence to environmental legislation.
  • •Carry out and support site inspections and audits of construction works against planning conditions and documents such as the Construction Environmental Management Plan.
  • •Provide guidance to contractors and clients on environmental compliance and best-practice methods.
  • •Act as a key contact, collaborating with ecologists, hydrologists, archaeologists and engineers to deliver integrated environmental services.
  • •Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies and subcontractors on environmental management practices.

Key Requirements

  • •An Environmental Science or Environmental Management Degree.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of relevant wildlife legislation.

  • •Membership of a professional body.
