Key Responsibilities

•Implement outcomes of business analytics and develop effective personal and relevant communications to support business strategies.
•Provide innovative analytical solutions using advanced data/analytics capabilities and communication toolkits.
•Optimize and craft personal and relevant communications through targeting/offers and industrialized processes.
•Design and develop innovative data products that improve efficiency and enable new opportunities.
•Collaborate across teams to embed data-driven insights and business decisions while aligning governance and controls to Group standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years’ experience in business analytics or contact and communication design/operations in financial or digital domains (or analytics consulting or managing digital products).
•Experience with customer segmentation, portfolio analytics, pricing analytics, digital marketing, data science, and/or use of open-source data in analyses.
•Familiarity with analytics/visualization tools including Python and SQL/BigQuery; experience with Tableau, QlikSense, or Looker Studio; hands-on cloud experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
•Familiarity with development tools such as React and Node.js; hands-on data product full stack development is a plus.
•Ability to communicate complex information effectively to a wide and varied audience; strong problem solving, ownership, and teamwork mindset.
