Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, while ensuring safe loading/unloading and vehicle inspections. Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes to the customer tracking system, maintaining a clean driving record under Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. Work a shift from 11am–9pm with availability 7 days a week and rotating days off. Build customer trust with hands-on, customer-facing delivery and “Hauler-Life” community impact.

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
•Load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive.

•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English; requires physical mobility for extended periods and lifting/pulling/pushing up to 50 lbs.
•Meet location-specific licensing requirements (e.g., Notary within 90 days; state-specific chauffeur/vehicle verifier/salesperson licensing depending on location).
