Deliver friendly, accurate service at the Coach cashwrap while creating an exceptional customer experience. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards, and ensure compliance in cash handling and media management. Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods, complete end-of-shift audits, keep the cashwrap clean and organized, and support team development through training and mentoring.
