Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate national Medicaid program planning and governance, including implementation timelines, meeting materials, milestone tracking, risk and issue logs, decision tracking, and status reporting across participating offices.
  • •Support readiness assessments, implementation planning, office onboarding, go-live preparation, post-launch follow-up, and expansion planning to enable consistent Medicaid program implementation with local adaptation.
  • •Coordinate training logistics and resource sharing, including implementation tools, templates, and program materials with subject matter experts and functional owners.
  • •Track dependencies, issues, decisions, and escalation needs across Finance, billing staff, IT, vendors, Privacy, Legal, HR, Procurement, Operations, and local offices to support billing, systems, and enterprise coordination.
  • •Maintain program dashboards and trackers (KPIs, readiness, implementation, status reports) and summarize trends, risks, progress, and follow-up needs to support program oversight and continuous improvement.

Salary: USD 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare program or project coordination, Medicaid-funded services, behavioral health operations, multi-site implementation, reporting, or cross-functional program support.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • •Maintain project documentation and track risks and issues while supporting reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • •Travel up to 15%.
