  • •Own full recruiting lifecycle for Data Science and Machine Learning roles from intake through offer with minimal direction.
  • •Build and execute sourcing strategies for senior, highly technical talent including applied scientists, ML engineers, and data scientists.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to challenge misaligned expectations, bring market data, and push back when the process cannot succeed.
  • •Develop and maintain talent pipelines for roles with recurring or long lead times.
  • •Track and report pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics using Workday Recruit, and contribute to team-level process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with significant time focused on technical roles in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
  • •Ability to hold credible conversations about DS/ML concepts including model types and differences between research vs. applied roles.
  • •Strong client management skills, running the process end to end rather than only supporting it.
  • •Track record of closing senior candidates in competitive markets, including FAANG-adjacent or research-heavy environments.
  • •Experience using Workday Recruit (or a comparable enterprise ATS) and using pipeline metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
