Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a strategic portfolio of independent agency and brand direct relationships by driving new business, expanding partnerships, and identifying whitespace opportunities.
•Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across the East region (NY, NJ, PA, CT, VA, MD, DE, DC).
•Build executive-level relationships with agency and brand leaders, positioning Nexxen as a long-term strategic partner.
•Sell Nexxen’s full solutions portfolio, including Managed Service, PMPs, Hybrid and Self-Serve DSP, CTV, OLV, Display, Native, audience targeting, identity, data, measurement, and AI-powered capabilities.
•Lead complex, full-cycle sales cycles and exceed revenue goals with disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting while partnering cross-functionally.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of success selling digital advertising, programmatic media, CTV, or ad tech solutions.
•Proven track record exceeding revenue goals through new logo acquisition and strategic account growth.
•Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including CTV, OLV, Display, PMPs, DSPs/SSPs, audience targeting, identity, data, and measurement.
•Established network within the agency ecosystem with credibility to build executive-level partnerships (Brand Direct experience is a plus).
•Strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
