Own field-based sales execution for Central Sleep Apnea (CSA) program development within an assigned Southeast territory. You will open new CSA programs, build relationships with hospital and sleep center stakeholders, and train customers on CSA prevalence, screening pathways, and therapy titration. Meet quarterly sales quotas, support implant and patient follow-up, and lead value-based conversations grounded in reimbursement dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

•Open new Central Sleep Apnea (CSA) programs including key clinical specialties and associated clinic staff.
•Meet with existing and potential healthcare customers via travel to identify needs and demonstrate how company products support patient goals.
•Develop hospital relationships to identify decision makers and drive future sales across departments.
•Train hospital stakeholders on CSA prevalence, screening, and how to titrate therapy to optimal levels.
•Support unit implants and provide patient follow-up, respond to customer needs, and exceed quarterly sales quotas.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
•5+ years as a high-performing medical sales representative with experience in program building.
•Experience in medical device or clinical-related environments with exposure to program development or account growth activities (for Associate Territory Manager consideration).
•Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
•Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 30-50% based on territory and business needs.
