Job Summary

Drive mechanical research, design, and development of innovative solutions for advanced digital printing systems. Build prototypes and experimental setups, analyze performance data, and validate designs against performance, reliability, and environmental requirements using simulation and analytical tools. Lead subsystem development from concept through product release, collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems teams, and support manufacturing processes and root-cause analysis for complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead subsystem development by translating system and customer requirements into technical requirements and execution plans through product release.
•Perform mechanical design and development, including calculations, trade-off and tolerance analysis, material selection, and design optimization.
•Drive multidisciplinary integration across mechanical, electrical, software, and system engineering teams for successful product development.
•Design and execute experiments, prototype testing, and validation to evaluate performance and inform design decisions.
•Support manufacturing and production processes and lead root-cause analysis for engineering challenges and product performance issues.

Key Requirements

•BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
•MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, System Engineering, or equivalent (advantage).
•7–10 years of experience as an R&D Mechanical Engineer in a multidisciplinary environment.
•Strong mechanical design methodologies and engineering tools for components and complex systems.
•Ability to perform analytical modeling, simulations, and experimental validation to support design decisions.
