Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure production equipment and processes are in control to meet product quality and reliability expectations.
  • •Implement preventive/predictive maintenance, monitor equipment/process KPIs, and drive the team to achieve targets.
  • •Establish and run continuous improvement and productivity improvement programs aligned to organizational objectives.
  • •Lead cost reduction by identifying cost drivers, monitoring spare costs, and managing spare inventory liabilities.
  • •Define and maintain equipment capabilities, strategies, and roadmaps; work with purchasing and suppliers on risk management and new capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics.
  • •Minimum 7 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Knowledge of Encapsulation, Laser Marking, Ball Mount, and Package Singulation.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • •Broad technical knowledge in problem-solving and analytical methods, including coaching and engineering concepts like FMEA, DOE, KT, and data analysis.
