Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee the delivery of large-scale midstream capital projects (pipeline, facilities, terminals) from concept through commissioning.
•Serve as Project Director / Executive Sponsor on major programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
•Drive EPCM, and alternative delivery models, ensuring predictable cost, schedule, and risk outcomes.
•Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including stage-gate processes, reporting, and performance metrics.
•Conduct executive-level project reviews focused on financial performance, risk, schedule, and cost-to-complete.

Salary: USD 162,400 - 265,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
•20+ years of experience in oil & gas, with a strong focus on midstream pipelines and facilities.
•Proven experience leading large capital projects/programs ($100M–$1B+) in pipelines or energy infrastructure.
•Demonstrated success as a Project Director, Program Director, or senior capital projects leader.
•Deep expertise in EPCM delivery models, pipeline construction, and project lifecycle execution.
