Job Summary

Drive oversight of the Marketing Governance Framework by helping embed robust governance practices across marketing teams. Support governance artefacts, committees, and risk processes, and coordinate trader onboarding and authorization in line with compliance requirements. Monitor key risk indicators and remediation actions, perform independent incident assessments with root-cause analysis, and update the marketing risk register and heatmap. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and support audit and assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the Marketing governance framework and support governance matters, including MRC, ICA, Routes to Market, and other risk processes.
•Support governance framework initiatives and ensure governance artefacts remain current and compliant.
•Coordinate trader onboarding by ensuring traders are onboarded, trained, authorized, and granted system access in line with governance and compliance requirements before trade execution.
•Support key risk indicators by reviewing the adequacy of remediation actions and updating the marketing risk assessment and risk register.
•Conduct independent incident assessments, perform root-cause analysis and lessons learned, identify actions to prevent recurrence, and support audit and assurance activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
•Experience in operational risk, governance, risk advisory, or business management.
•Experience in developing or enhancing governance frameworks in trading environments, with understanding of front-to-back trading processes and teams.
•Experience within a complex organization across countries and jurisdictions, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
•Microsoft skills and Power BI knowledge, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
