Job Summary

Lead the Payments engineering team responsible for card payment processing across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. Own engineering management for expanding Stripe’s global payments network, making strategic, product, and technical decisions, and enabling customers to integrate once and take payments across more card networks. Coach and grow engineers, drive high technical productivity and operational rigor, partner with Stripe leaders, and recruit top engineering talent.
