Commercial Lender (Full Time) - Round Rock TX

Manage and grow profitable commercial banking relationships by generating new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross-selling. Lead credit process execution, including loan structuring, credit analysis, and closing commercial and real estate loans. Maintain client connections through COIs and local networking while contributing to deposit growth by promoting additional banking products. Performance is measured across calling activity, proposal generation, revenue, risk mitigation, and long-term franchise building.
