Sr Program Supervisor

Lead and manage engineering programs, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Own project execution by developing project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and monitoring progress against schedule and quality standards. Coordinate customer site activities, resolve technical issues through daily/weekly reviews, manage project managers and site leads, and oversee subcontractor and vendor operations to meet P&L and customer satisfaction targets.
