Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and provide guidance to Tier II Network Engineers in a NOC environment.
  • •Oversee Network Operations projects and direct oversight of shift leads and responsibilities.
  • •Enforce GovCIO, VA NOC, and intra-team policies and performance standards.
  • •Maintain and develop processes and procedures; create knowledge articles including network flow diagrams and related documentation.
  • •Provide 24x7 365 guidance and assist with critical after-hour network outages, including participation in change control technical assessment and review.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,200 - 137,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or commensurate experience).
  • •5–8 years of experience (8 years of additional experience may substitute for the degree).
  • •8–12 years total experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •Experience managing/supervising an enterprise-level support team with revolving shifts and delegating tasks/projects.
  • •Must be able to pass and maintain a Tier 4 (BI) Government Background Investigation.
