Job Summary

Remote Digital Project & Resourcing Manager overseeing end-to-end project planning, resource allocation, and client communications for multiple multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced digital/creative agency. You’ll optimize timelines, profitability, and workflows, collaborate with Squad Leads and Craft Leads, and ensure high-quality deliverables while supporting a platform-first content approach.

Key Responsibilities

•Project Planning & Resourcing: Collaborate with your Squad and Craft Leads to understand project needs, assign resources in the agency tool, and adjust schedules as needed, with proactive stakeholder communication.
•Project Management: Oversee project setup, manage deadlines, identify risks, lead team meetings, gather assets, set kickoff meetings, and track project health.
•Client Communication & Delivery: Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle, attend meetings, take minutes, ensure deliverables are on time and within budget, escalate issues when necessary.
•Project Profitability: Set billing milestones and track project invoices, ensure accurate client communication, and monitor workload to achieve quality and financial goals.
•Process Improvement: Contribute to agency improvements by standardising processes, developing project templates, and analyzing data to optimise velocity and revenue.

•Communicate exceptionally well in English (both written and verbal) with an uncompromising attention to detail and handle stakeholder relationships.
