Assistant Manager

Support HSBC’s Global Custody UK Tax Service by preparing tax documentation to enable favorable withholding tax outcomes for dividend/interest payments. Work with HMRC and tax advisors, prepare certification materials (including Elective Dividend Service and beneficiary owner breakdown), and assist with tax claim filing before statute deadlines. Manage relationships across stakeholders and clients on tax issues, attend BAU meetings, and coordinate with IT to resolve operational issues and support UAT when needed.
