Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship a testing and simulation engine that simulates thousands of realistic voice/chat/phone conversations with controllable edge cases.
  • •Build LLM-powered evaluators, metrics, and an autonomous self-improvement loop that detects failures, reproduces them, generates fixes, tests them, and raises PRs.
  • •Implement adversarial red-teaming and production monitoring with live drift detection to keep agents reliable in the real world.
  • •Perform applied audio and speech research by turning paralinguistic signals (emotion, tone, silences, hesitations, speaking rate, overlaps) into structured evaluation signals.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery across backend, infrastructure, evaluation systems, and the product surface customers use.

Key Requirements
