  • •Manage scheduling, forecasting, career development, extreme ownership of execution, and incorporate building safety and reliability controls.
  • •Work with site leadership to plan, resource, and execute projects based on manifest needs to improve process and efficiency.
  • •Review work instructions and executed work to improve the work center process and individual execution.
  • •Oversee contractors and preventative maintenance across all sites, manage preventative maintenance priorities, track KPIs, and provide 24/7 on-call support.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •3+ years of technical, hands-on experience in construction, facility maintenance, or HVAC systems and controls.
  • •Based in Starbase, TX and able to work onsite (remote work not considered).
  • •Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed based on site operational needs.
  • •Available to travel to other sites as needed.
