Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with project coordination, PMO, and stakeholders to anticipate requirements and resolve logistics challenges while maintaining operational control.
  • •Ensure logistics and property management comply with applicable Army regulations, FAR requirements, ISO standards, and government property procedures.
  • •Execute procurement actions including purchase requirements, vendor quotes, cost estimates, tracking purchase requests, and supplier coordination.

  • •Active Secret clearance.
  • •Working knowledge of Army supply, maintenance, transportation, and shipping regulatory guidance and associated forms.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ability to work with standard logistics software and systems.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly (plus use of military Material Handling Equipment).
