Key Responsibilities

•Own the website as a demand channel, accountable for visitor-to-cloud signup conversion, demo requests, and web-sourced pipeline across PLG and sales-led funnels.
•Build and run a web experimentation program, including an A/B testing roadmap, statistically rigorous testing, and sharing learnings.
•Design web journeys and information architecture, including navigation and paths from blog/docs into signup and sales conversations.
•Optimize website content, tracking, and attribution by partnering with Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Web Engineering, and Growth Analytics.
•Lead localization, cookie consent, and web privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and build/lead the web team over time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in web or growth marketing at a company with a PLG funnel (developer tool or data infrastructure experience is a plus).
•Proven success improving web signup and conversion rates through experimentation, including designing valid tests and acting on results.
•Hands-on experience with modern CMS platforms (Strapi), with ability to build and publish pages and work with HTML/CSS and AI development tools.
•Deep experience with web analytics (GA4, Amplitude or similar), tag management, and session replay tools, with working knowledge of attribution.
•Familiarity with technical SEO and AEO, plus strong collaboration and project management skills with the ability to align Design, Engineering, Product, and Marketing stakeholders.
