Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Rebates team focal point for system implementation projects.
  • •Set up rebate and commissions agreements in Vistex (SAP).
  • •Maintain and monitor rebate agreements, ensuring accurate, approved payouts in line with contracts and required approvals.
  • •Ensure accuracy and integrity of related accounting transactions and perform timely reconciliation of rebate accrual accounts.
  • •Support troubleshooting, guidance on new agreement setups, audit requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Invoice to Cash team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; basic accounting knowledge for non-accountants.
  • •3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or customer service (finance/accounting preferred).
  • •Proficiency in SAP ECC and reporting tools.
  • •Intermediate English and intermediate Spanish.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
