Key Responsibilities

  • •Create code across the backend estate, including high-volume streaming, backend-for-frontend APIs, and domain services.
  • •Ensure platform resilience and robustness to maintain a great customer experience.
  • •Design technical solutions for new product offerings and evolutions of existing architecture.
  • •Evolve development and operational processes to improve speed, reliability, and quality.
  • •Mentor teammates and drive skill evolution through practical knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert-level understanding of Java or Kotlin.
  • •Wide experience building distributed systems, especially using Apache Kafka.
  • •Strong architecture and design skills, including data and API modelling.
  • •On-the-job experience with agentic AI development, including skills and harness development.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar (preferred).
