Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct user research using usability testing, interviews, surveys, and observational studies to understand user needs and motivations.
  • •Develop user personas and behavioral/psychographic traits, and create information architecture for easy navigation on mobile and desktop.
  • •Create wireframes and clickable prototypes for user testing, and iterate based on insights and workshop outputs.
  • •Design interactive elements and produce low- and high-fidelity concepts, including user journeys, process flows, and sitemaps for cohesive experiences.
  • •Collaborate with product managers and designers to prioritize features, apply design system and UX principles, and perform benchmarking/competitor analysis to inform best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer with strong UX, UI, and visual design skills.
  • •Strong interaction design skills with ability to prototype interactive experiences and test with users.
  • •Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and prioritize features based on user needs.
  • •Strong analytical mindset, including ability to argue design biases.
  • •Mastery of Figma and strong knowledge of prototyping and user testing tools; portfolio demonstrating visual/graphic design, typography, color, layouts, grids, and research methodology.
