Job Summary

Own the FSPG renewal and growth portfolio, driving year-on-year market share gains through new client conversations and renewal placements. Lead client service, claims management, and advocacy goals, while delivering risk advisory and consultancy focused on FSPG and Cyber solutions. Manage renewal retention targets (above 95%), cross-sell/upsell initiatives, and detailed monthly reporting, budgeting inputs, and operating metrics compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive financial and business growth by expanding the FSPG portfolio and increasing market share year-on-year.
•Work with Sales, Business Heads, and Cluster Heads to develop client acquisition strategies and initiate client conversations.
•Maintain oversight of the FSPG renewal portfolio, including placements and renewal presentations to ensure renewal retention above 95%.
•Provide client service, claims management, and advocacy objectives across existing clients and new client acquisitions.
•Ensure compliance with Aon OpEx metrics, improve receivables aged over 60 days, and support forecasting and budget planning.

Key Requirements

•Degree in any discipline, preferably LL.B, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or ACII.
•5–10 years of experience in the insurance industry as a broker and/or underwriter.
•Fluent in English and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia.
•Strong technical knowledge of Financial Specialties insurance.
•Experience in scheme management and handling large, complex risks (added advantage).
