Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing a reliability-based maintenance strategy using preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • •Maintain equipment records and attributes in SAP, including equipment setup/inactivation and maintaining equipment catalog profiles.
  • •Set up and maintain predictive and preventive maintenance plans in SAP, generate PM work orders for the next 14–28 days, and release/schedule PM work to maintenance crews.
  • •Plan and schedule corrective work by reviewing SAP notifications, collaborating with requestors to create work orders, estimating labor by craft, and reserving parts or creating purchase requisitions.
  • •Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and operations to validate work priorities and equipment availability, build weekly schedules, and monitor planned backlog ready for execution.
