Key Responsibilities

  • •Own automation projects from concept and scoping through design, build, commissioning, and production handover.
  • •Design, build, and commission automated manufacturing systems to improve throughput, product quality, and operator safety.
  • •Own automation cell design and integration, including robot/cobot applications, material movement, bespoke electromechanical systems, and automated inspection.
  • •Integrate control systems across the cell, including PLCs, HMIs, machine vision, robotics, and safety systems.
  • •Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent automation programs and mentor/develop engineers on the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
  • •12+ years of experience designing and commissioning automated production equipment.
  • •Proficient CAD modeling in NX or AutoCAD.
  • •Experience selecting and integrating robot/cobot solutions, including path planning and EOAT/safety considerations.
  • •Experience integrating control components (PLCs, HMIs, safety scanners) and defining/owning complex automation programs end to end.
