CSR/Teller - Royal Oak, Main Street, MI - Full -Time

Provide excellent customer service as a CSR/Teller, listening to customer needs, following up on questions, and resolving issues. Handle daily office responsibilities, manage cash handling and balancing records, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail banking policies and procedures. During customer outreach, identify needs and refer customers to appropriate bankers and business partners while using tracking tools for referrals. Perform assigned duties and adhere to risk, ethics, and confidentiality requirements.
